How much selling now? 720k for 2.4k sf?? But so long still can't finish sell?? Just curious, why after book only ask, instead of ask before book?

Mind share what the monthly maintenance fee like? How was the management doing so far?

Else, suggest you to bring your jv family member to physically go in to the promise(not just the gallery) to look closer and observe the surrounding. See if you are OK with at least the htc(if not power substation). See how close the property to nearby amenities etc is. This project is leasehold.
See the auction unit winning price just a couple of previous posts.

There are nearby projects also quiet and GnG. Me not agent.

Went there, and we have a very good feeling toward this project.. like the quietness and also luxury looking environment.. it looks like a retirement home instead.. haha.
I am now 27 years old, like this place very much, visited the power station and survey the HTC area.. Called TNB and asked about the health risk and also using a device to detec the emf.. So far it doesnt portrait any potential health risk to residents in 280 ph.. As per explained by TNB, they have did extensive research before building up the powerstation, according to them, they approved this project with all the concerns taken into account.

Check out the night time if there's any high frequency pitch/tone from vehicles that may add seasoning to the quietness.

Guess you are pretty confirm to move in...

Still very impress with the management and maintenance quality, after 4 years of completion, it’s still very impressive.

Took your advice, went there at night to havea look at the compound. Super quiet there and also brought a device to check on the emf surrounding as well, it looks normal and not harmful for long stay.
