It seems that all 2400/2500 sq ft units in Phase 1 have been sold. What is the unique selling proposition? Anyone bought for own stay?

I also bought for own stay - ground floor 2529 sq ft. I hope there are not many speculators in this project and we can build a great neighbourhood.

Do you plan to install grilles? Other than the guard house, there is no other access control to the units, car park or lifts. My unit, being on the ground floor (although technically it is the 1st floor), is even more exposed via the balcony and private garden.

No doubt it looks nice from this angle. View from the sky garden of triplex is even nicer. Go on-site to see for yourself. It is not perfect though.

This is good news. It looks like soil study is in progress.

Any news about the stretch near M-City to Puchong Prima area? I find it a hassle to travel around the lake passing through Puchong Perdana just to get to Maju Foodcourt.

Looks like VP before October is possible, but I don't know how many neighbours will actually move in.

Early this year I heard from SA that only two thirds have made it to SPA signing. As of now there are still 4 units available for booking with the same price and sales package. There could be more units reopened for sale due to loan rejection. Buyer interest is there, but financing is a problem.

I saw land clearing and some road foundation works towards direction of M-City (marked in black in the picture), but the project signage only stated interchange.

I guess the uncertainty timeline is the authority part. As soon as keys are handed over our free first year maintenance starts! Move in quickly and enjoy the facilities!
