Second phase...a few blocks totally not sold...remain empty. Some window still with blue canvas to protect the wooden flooring fr UV light
Dev now offering good discount.....market is extremely depress. |

Market rate 700k..surrounded by squatters and high tension power wire. Low level 1. 90% of second phase not sold. Owner staying in with grand parents, big family, indian owner and renowned Puchong taikoh..even free, may not be able to get vacated possession...fool gold indeed
