Mainly due to the size itself, not many willing to stay at such house in duplex mode, many would like landed. And also its price RM 700k, not many are willing to buy a duplex, rather they will buy Rawang, Kundang, Sungai Buloh landed. The remaining units only the bigger size like 3k and 4 k unit if i am not mistaken. If the smallest 2422 units, if it remains unsold, should have still 2 units left.
Positive feedback to buy this:
1) The maintenance quality is top notch, a project vped 4 years ago, currently handle by jmb, still look super decent quality. Didnโt compromise at all.
2) Quiet living and mostly bought for own stays are with family, some investors bought it for retirement home.
3) Quite close to Puchong town, less than 20 minutes driving. By having this price, at this environment, super worth it.
4) for me i think itโs purely good for own stay, without looking for appreciation for the next few years until developer clear their remaining big size unit. For those who want to invest and hold, if you have holding power, can give it a try.
5) Yes, they still provide defect warranty for weeks, need to negotiate on this.
Those who are interested buying, perhaps we can try to get referral fee from developer ๐ Not sure if it works, at least can save some cost, worth a try.
