Not as impressive as some of you guys, but everyone starts somewhere I guess.

25kg flat dumbbell presses for 5 reps, and 68kg machine presses for 10-12 reps (heaviest I can go on my homegym machine). Don't really dare to do a 3-rep PR on my barbell, no spotters at home.

North of 90kgs.

Think I can do 100+ if there's spotters. Got this phobia (well not really phobia cos it happened a few times when I let my ego get ahead of me) when I bench the bar down and dont have the strength to get it back up. Fortunately no serious injuries so far touch wood.

Now I mainly use DBs.

I do strict. Touch chest, pause, go up. No point doing a form of flat without the bar touching the chest. It's called fooling one's self. That's pedro spotting me btw.

before elbow injury, btw 62kg reporting in

92.5kg for 1RM around 58-61kg
85kg for 5 reps

yes, it involves hitting my chest, so don't worry about my ROMS Lol

partial bench (maybe level sampai parallel) 110kg kot if i remember, that time i show off i sed i can do 2x bw or some shit and everyone thinks i lied
