In my gym I saw one Khazastanis fella height about 6ft 3 doing 405lbs bench press 2 reps clean. 315lbs 10reps clean.. I was shocked at instant that moment.

Hoping that I could do 315lbs for only 2reps is enough

Kurtkob - so the weight of the bar is included with the free weights. I don't take the weight of the bar into account, so the maximum weight that you bench press at about 65 kg is around mine as well.

Judging from the bench press weight of Emino and yourself, I can see the pattern of a person lifting his own body weight at the extreme level. Of course, we're not talking about pro-lifters who are able to lift twice or more their own weight. When I managed a bench press of 65 kg(weight of the lifting bar not included), my body weight was around 64 kg. I am now heavier at 67.5 kg though and will need to get the figure down to 64-65 kg which is my ideal weight.

That smiley at the end of the sentence suggests a facetious remark. If it's not, I guess no one would want to mess with you. Judging from the definition and looks of those biceps, I can see how you wouldn't be able to lift 90 kg during warm-ups. So you bench press at >100 kg during serious sessions? tongue.gif

I can't free weight bench. All my chest workouts are pure machines but i love smith flat bench. That's how i built my chest up. It's just a measly 6 plates.

there is no humor posting a fail bench video in a 'how much is your max bench'. And to top that up, he cracked his rib, puncture his heart and died. Is it a humor for you?

Didn't find it funny as well. If nothing else its a bit sadistic considering the fella died.

I'm not making fun of him.. -.-

It nearly made me shit my pants going into my next bench session right after watching the video.
