before elbow injury, btw 62kg reporting in

92.5kg for 1RM around 58-61kg
85kg for 5 reps

yes, it involves hitting my chest, so don't worry about my ROMS Lol

partial bench (maybe level sampai parallel) 110kg kot if i remember, that time i show off i sed i can do 2x bw or some shit and everyone thinks i lied

80Kg for 5 reps, going 82.5 this monday biggrin.gif

Friendly tips if you want to do smolov jr, ;_;

1) warm up your shoulder
2) day 1 and 2 should be easy, 2 minute rest should be sufficient
3) carb up
4) do some rotator cuff
5) don't do any supplementary exercise if this is your first cycle
6) face pulls ;_; if you really want to do supplementary for dat dere shoulder health
