Prius V is smaller. This is the one im eyeing for ^^

Added on October 4, 2012, 11:32 pmOur PC battery will be replace by new tech lithium ion. TT.

I guess the replacement will not so soon & the lithium ion cost are higher. Toyota will replace Prius battery 1st then only our PC. Maybe 2-3 years time.

On Eco Score screen, I usually score 4 or 5 bar on START, with a careful braking, I could score 4 or 5 bars also on STOP. However, I had never scored more than 3 bar on CRUISE.

How could I score more?
*
Slowly and continuously increase the acceleration, you will get max rating for cruise

hi morning all.

First time hit 30.3km/l for 13.8km journey. But then play cheat as off aircon and use only headlight and radio ^^ .

Seem aircon use quite some gas from PC as i average 28km/l with aircon and gps switch on ^^ .

Think need to accelerate more and cruise at high speed rather maintaining 60 - 80kmph. Seem 90kmph to 100kmph is most fuel efficient. ^^

I change my horn on my bike as well to Hella Siput type.  smile.gif

Forgot to add. Most importantly, change the HORN Fuse to 15A as this red Hella horn sucks up 12A per pair. Your stock 10A fuse will blow.

My bike's fuse was changed to 15A, and no issues except that when the engine is off, the sound is very soft. Car battery has more Amp capacity, that would not be a problem.

When the engine is on, the voltage system would rise up to 14V, which causes the Hella horn to use LESS current, about 10+ Amps.

I believe the horn cable will not hold up long if you were to blast your horn for extended period of time even with 15Amp fuse.

Bro...no matter how high FC you achieved...in total you refuel petrol after 600++km...which mean you refuel back for 30-33L out of 36L tank... As i said avg we get is 20++km/L...

Otherwise...did anyone manage to get more than 700km with fulltank..??! or 900++km...then i need to learn from them...

Bro waiDEE and other PC owners, as per my observation using the PC. 1st time fill up full tank of petrol on 3/9/12 (paid by the salesman), manage to get 700++km. 2nd time fill up RM60 petrol on 9/9/12, manage to get 650++km. 3rd time time fill up RM60 petrol on 16/9/12, manage to get 650++km. And every time the petrol indicator blinks, I will put in RM60 worth of petrol and the mileage I get 650++km. So far I've been refueling every Sunday or once a week. I drive the PC like a normal car and set the eco mode on all the time. Overall still better than my old car. thumbup.gif

Normally I pump 20L fuel and I can get around 450KM, so If I pump full tank, I can get 800+km for sure.

2 things you have take into consideration bro.

1. Self monitoring - 1 time charge
2. Aided monitoring - recurring charge

Back to your question, I'd say go for cobra connex. But there will be a yearly fee imposed.

Haha...cannot calculate like that la bro... 1st half fuel indicator did not equivalent to half tank your petrol... Full tank consist of fuel, air n pressure...
You will get 400++km for 1st half...but remaining only max about 300km...

I would prefer gsm/sms alarm... U pay about rm1600 for installation... Register your sub account to get one simcard n put at the alarm... U will get notification each time your car trigger alarm...you just pay monthly bill about rm6...

Furthermore...u can set to lock the car if you forgot...
