hope it work out for u, i forsee many challenges ahead

well it is important if u holding a regional role
currently i am serving customer from malaysia, hk, indon etc ..
my 5 years spend in kl previously now is making my life more easier

i station in Sg get pay in sgd
Benefit is I get to be in kl once in a while for work
But anyway I am back in kl everyweek for family

that was my initial plan, when i reach here 2 year back
then again after move to my 3rd job and double what i getting from the beginning
i begin to realise the importance of time
is like a chain effect for example like extra time to rest and produce better quality work indirectly produce better result and recognition and better job prospect have led me there

i see my other colleague travelleng from JB daily, small observation is they look tired and shabby

i still plan to move to JB one day for that semi D with a swimming pool with a big forest behind with a lake view
but my current current strategy is attack rather defense, so when i hit that ceilling, i will consider that JB option

u can as well, sg is land of opportunity
if i dun need to spend the commute time to KL everyweek, maybe can go further than this
what to do "family man"
so young people like you have more bullet than me

u just need a good strategy, if u got fund contraint, u can move your wife here first

guys just saying if your leverage is because of same culture as the singaporean and cheaper cost of labour, this will not last you very long
eventually, u will be expensive and old, so you need a different strategy in long term

there is alot of ang moh co in sg, not singaporean company, where top all ang moh
so in their eye it dont really matter u malaysian or singaporean as long as u can do the job

previously a fren few years back want to go against his employer
he ended with a police report and he was bar from working in singapore for that, well getting a pass is imposible , and that few years while waiting for this matter to rest
he rot back in my hometown, life did not really go well
