Didn’t really check, but I suppose if partial portion was sold out for development, logically the golf course couldn’t function anymore..
if not mistaken not only Tropicana got the deal for development, previously I remember some other developer also involve to develop other portion.

i realize we don't have an proper community platform for owner/residents group, hence i create an facebook pages + Whatsapp group, to enhance our community communication experience. Hm so the current development by tropicana of 7acre+ only a small portion of the golf club land only...is it the whole golf course is 160 acre?

wah imagine 7 acre add 3k++ residences.......160 acre .......unless build landed/commecial shop etc etc.....if not GG.....

If not mistaken they are proposing to move the club house to another closeby area near the landed residences so they can free up this area for development. However, the residents there are protesting over the project

Of course, if I’m 1 of the 4 tower owners I’ll protest too

Having clubhouse nearby is a thing to protest about? If mosque or actual clubbing bar I understand la since noise lol

Don’t know who these Fibonacci group are. It’s just another self aggrandising marketing exercise. The mall is deteriorating and the development rather overpriced. If you can’t retain Don Donki which is the biggest consumer draw currently then game over.

Recall that their opening is actually quite happening back then, next to signature starbucks. Wondering what causes it to exit the mall.

Deteriorating? been some time didnt go to the mall, may drop by to check it out curiously.

Recently dined in the mall during buka puasa time. All restaurants were full but other shops seem like struggling.
