Damansara. How about Sunway Serene? There's a big lake there , considered close to nature also

haha been living in PJ all my life and LDP is always a shitshow and the entrance to sunway serene is even worse especially the under highway turning with 1 lane traffic light (the other lane for U turn) i would say most of the time will be using this entrance because office, friends and family are around 1u area

so did you proceed with the purchase?

last time i considered trop garden subsales too during covid period.....but to my LTV 70% i didnt proceed with the purchase...

but seems that averagely the price capped at 1k/sqft for quite sometimes.....not sure how was the rental now...probably still RM 2.2k-2.4k
