QUOTE(jetzxp @ May 3 2024, 09:28 AM) of course not simple calculation lo..... whole piece of land 7.79 acres, cant be used up all 7.79 acres to build units and sell every sqft to purchaser mah.Edelweiss land should be part of the land bank bought years ago, and selling at 1k psf....This new purchase land will squeeze developer margins and they had to sell at above RM 1k psf if not how to answer to edelweiss buyer |

It wouldn't be so bad if it was another developer who bought that land. Then you could argue that tropicana had no say in the matter. But the fact that tropicana themselves bought that land with the intention to develop, just when they are advertising golf course view (and I'm sure talks had been underway for some time. This kind of transaction is not overnight), this is just in bad taste.Texted my agent they still act dumb saying no license has been approved yet. Hello, just curious about the parking for residents in Tropicana Gardens. How is the setup like ie are there many ramps to go up/down and the width of the ramps? Interested to rent there and wanna ask this whilst I contact the agent too. Thanks!
