It seems that developer still got few units unsold.... Saw at property guru website... At this rate it'll be very difficult to sell unless cash rich buyer comes in...

saw this project while walking around, the RM1k psf phycology mark is a bit hard to cross. was told that there is no lelong unit for this project but lowyat forumer already posted many transacted lelong units.
love the MRT but not sure if the MRT link worth the additional of RM100 to Rm200 psft.... because not everyone like me who dislike driving and get stucked in jams... |

Lelong or not is not their problem. As long as its sold to someone else, its either the buyer's problem or the bank's problem.
