Haha true. I always scold back to my friends who always ah ji ah jor,and always claim rental cannot cover this and that and must be positive like good old days. The rental game seems dangerous for current years due to mass of completing projects soon but I hope it can recover a bit by 2020.

Surely boss. Yeah but I wont be surprise. In such economy, I rather lower down my rental as long as the condition is payment no default more than a month or good tenant upkeep my property.

Now I don't think can determine whether it was really overpriced, bcz TG price range looks too big gap. Lets wait further and see if there are stable and continuous transactions. Single transacted or mark up price is not considering as well. Maybe next 6-12 months.

1mil NLA is only a standard big mall wor, not consider very very huge.

Between, Sunway Pyramid is 1.6mil NLA, not sure about 1Utama but should be bigger.
