Yes. This mall is huge. I think this mall in the list of top 10 largest mall.in Malaysia.

But when i went there today, only 3 already open. MBO Super Tanker and BK. Rest is in progress. But lot off space unable to rent. To attract people come here, pleae einclude bowling beside the MBO. Invite SoGo or parkson or aeon to open there.

Use Tropicana garden as UTC. Put inside there important gov agency like JPN,JPJ, Imegresen etc to attract people come there. Mcdonald must have.

The mall is really huge!!

Should provide Segway rental, be different. Have Segway lanes. Think outside the box. Like that, people can look at more shops and buy more stuff

I think 1u, Sunway pyramid and Midvalley all about 2mil net lettable area... double of Tropicana gardens...

I was referring to phase 1 of 1U Sunway. even midvalley phase 1 was just slightly over 1mil.

only the now defunct Empire city phase 1 was 2mil.

Having such a big mall with so many around esp more established ones like 1U will be challenging. If it did fail, will affect the condo price badly in the future.

BK's "backdoor" is open so I manage to get inside the mall and see it from the GF level.

Came across some established F&Bs opening soon, such as Dunkin Donuts, Auntie Ann, Liang Sandwich, Sushi Zanmai, Tealive & many more. Also Guardian's looks like it's ready.

Couldn't take photos due to guards around.

So, basically the exact same stores as every other mall

There's already KFC nearby @ Petronas. Texas Chicken will be a good addition. MCD is a must in every mall I guess.

A decent food court is a plus considering office tower, mall staff & residents

The "only" good thing about the mall is the link bridge, seriously.
You can get everything in dataran sunway. It doesnt really benefit the residents or improve the subsale price

Agree. been using the link bridge on a daily basis. Never tried after 12 midnight tho. Does it still open for public considering MRT is closed?
