Between, Sunway Pyramid is 1.6mil NLA, not sure about 1Utama but should be bigger.

The Gardens mall opening has been delayed for quite some time now.. finally opened in 2020 & covid happened lol gonna be tough times for retail tenants, let's see how the mall fares in these coming months & years

Not tenanted as the owner is a serious seller. Sometimes with tenant, not so easy to bring prospects to view etc
Partially furnished w kit cab, airconds, lights, curtains, water heater is about RM 1800, fully furnished about RM 2200, and if you can partitioned a room (because some ppl don like studio), then can ask for a bit higher, about RM 2300
