Net of resi ederweiss started from 1066psf nett absolute cheapest.
C n d got 10 to 15% more expensive?

The funny thing is for resi owners that share the same bloke with sofo, they all need to share the same lifts with the second block of full resi. Meaning 16 to 18 units per 4+1 lift.

Whereas the lower than 35th storey resi, they only share like 8 units per 4+1 lift

All smallest units 6xxsw fully taken.

They bssically offer more bedrooms for similar side units compared to A to D.
And balcony and wet yard.

oh my, i saw iproperty lately so many agent advertised for so low price tag .... even lower than last year....how come ? thought it should be higher 2020 due to mall opening soon.

Mall operators insisted that store operators must use their inhouse interior fitters.....how to fit so many units inside is beyond me....

Man man dang for opening.

based on FB reply, they are expecting mall to open in March 2020. I hope they at least open the MRT access

Just went to the maill. The guard say that the mall will open on 18/1/2020. During the opening only 50% shops are open from the list of advertisement tenants. So in case we have 100 shops in the list, maybe 50 will open.

Now inside the mall, many shop still do renovation. The mall is big. so empty and unrented unit will see a lot around the mall. Feel pity. sad.gif
