Just went to the maill. The guard say that the mall will open on 18/1/2020. During the opening only 50% shops are open from the list of advertisement tenants. So in case we have 100 shops in the list, maybe 50 will open.

Now inside the mall, many shop still do renovation. The mall is big. so empty and unrented unit will see a lot around the mall. Feel pity.

Yes. This mall is huge. I think this mall in the list of top 10 largest mall.in Malaysia.

But when i went there today, only 3 already open. MBO Super Tanker and BK. Rest is in progress. But lot off space unable to rent. To attract people come here, pleae einclude bowling beside the MBO. Invite SoGo or parkson or aeon to open there.

Use Tropicana garden as UTC. Put inside there important gov agency like JPN,JPJ, Imegresen etc to attract people come there. Mcdonald must have.

In order to attract people come Tropicana Garden Mall compare to other surrounding mall like The Curve, E Curve, Sunway Giza (except the king One Utama), management need to attract the tenant with :

1) 1st year free rental
2) 2nd year half rental
3) 3rd year full rental

Need to invite below big name as below :

1) AEON/PARKSON/SOGO
2) VILLAGE GROCER (Will open soon)
3) MBO (Opened)
4) Bowling
5) Big Indoor Playground/ Kids GYM
6) Mr DIY
7) Daiso (will.open)
8) HM (will open)
9) ECO
10) Factory Outlet
11)MCD
12)KFC
13)PizzaHut
And many more shop benchmark to 1U, Midvalley and Berjaya Times Square. Need to compete with 1u is really big headache for TG.

Please do mini UTC include JPA,JPN,IMIGRESEN , JPJ, DBKL, PTPTN, AKPK , etc.. To attract more people come.

Not worth to open big and huge mall.if shop tenant only 50-70%
