How are Bayberry buyers 'accepting' Cyperus pricing?

Bayberry buyers may be upset, but I would rather take the empty units because the "furnished" units at Cyperus is not that outstanding.

frankly, nowadays so many malls - its a dog eat dog world already.

and now they have issue with selling cyperus, buyers can only hope they hav some grand plans up their sleeves to pull it off and be THE one.

actually, out of curiosity, if the station is nearer arnica, is better for arnica right?, cos the train would have stopped / or close to stopping by the time the reached the station, and thus, less noise.

I think Arnica can easily pass 1200 psf if prices continue to rise 5+% per yr. Cascades is 1000 already n TG shld be more expensive la cos direct link to MRT+mall (im a mega MRT fan but still sad its not going to KLCC)

Hmm but if the concept is good it will bring in shoppers... list of malls on the MRT line include Tropicana gardens, Ikea/ikano, one utama, pavilion Dsara heights n so on.. KD n sungai buloh crowd should be enough to support this mall.. pavi boss paid so much to get tht plot of land tht enables his dsara mall to have 2 mrt stations!

I am willing to say tht if this mall has good tenants, many will use the MRT to come here    Ppl often underestimate (some overestimate) the effect of public transport n MV (although a very successful example) sees 10k ppl using the ktm to go thr on weekdays (thats just the KTM )

Don't think so it has a direct correlation to TG. All this while, the Encorp mall below was faring badly. The previous owner also didn't manage the mall well. With Felda, it became worse.

Anyway, TG by Tropicana is a much stronger company. Don't be too worried ya

i also very confident about Kwasa and TG. Even now Sg Buloh property price is so high.
