Yes if you notice their architect tries to be "design-ny" but not practical.
For example on 5th floor, there's a nice-looking looong bridge-to-nowhere, but doesn't stop you from getting wet if you want to move from Block A to B (to go to gym etc). It goes nowhere. Just a walkway that doesn't serve any purpose
At Block B, there's a shallow water feature that blocks the pathway when you want to walk into the lobby
To exit from all the blocks' car parks, you drive all around one big round to exit near Edelweiss

All that money and space spent on the road, and adding minutes and wasting thousands of everyone's petrol for years (decades?) to come
A few others too. Symptomatic of an architect that wants to show off but didn't consider the practicality.
