The door will shut after 10pm....when the mall is ceased biz for the day

Mrt door will shut around 12.30am.

But actual operational hrs not sure...bcos hdo properly have midnight shows....dunno if the link will remain opened after 10pm.

In order to attract people come Tropicana Garden Mall compare to other surrounding mall like The Curve, E Curve, Sunway Giza (except the king One Utama), management need to attract the tenant with :

1) 1st year free rental
2) 2nd year half rental
3) 3rd year full rental

Need to invite below big name as below :

1) AEON/PARKSON/SOGO
2) VILLAGE GROCER (Will open soon)
3) MBO (Opened)
4) Bowling
5) Big Indoor Playground/ Kids GYM
6) Mr DIY
7) Daiso (will.open)
8) HM (will open)
9) ECO
10) Factory Outlet
11)MCD
12)KFC
13)PizzaHut
And many more shop benchmark to 1U, Midvalley and Berjaya Times Square. Need to compete with 1u is really big headache for TG.

Please do mini UTC include JPA,JPN,IMIGRESEN , JPJ, DBKL, PTPTN, AKPK , etc.. To attract more people come.

Not worth to open big and huge mall.if shop tenant only 50-70%

they should probably reserve space for online shopping giants.
and allow exhibition space like mvec or pyramid or starling

if most of you here think so negatively about this mall, try again in Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall......assumed pavilion name will be proudly display at entrance of the mall.

Not really negative solely on this mall. On most new malls. All malls looking exactly the same. So, bit jaded. 1U for eg try to stay updated, got Flowrider.

And reasonably priced, with functional equipment (Kettlebells, lots of pull up stations, battle ropes) and weightlifting areas. Union Strength @ Plaza Damas is a good example.

Or some fun fitness stuff like SuperPark @ Avenue K for kids and adults, or Jump Street

if i compare against 2 other empty malls in the neighbouhood

1. encorp strand mall
opened 6 years ago, also has cinema and grocer. grocer moved out now and its 95% empty

2. empire mall
opened a year ago after delay, now being sued by its tenants and investors. i have not been inside but heard its quite empty also.

Gula Cakery opens today at 12pm

A dimsum restaurant called Dodo looks to be ready.

Sushi King & 7-Eleven is in mid-renovating.

Meanwhile, there's going to be a lot of busy work in every stores opening soon, at least on the ground floor.
