SPA price is rm1.03m rebate 2%. For own stay purpose but still thinking now...cz I got interest at Tropicana Cheras semiD also is selling rm1.48m but got 10% rebate, free mot, free spa n loan doc some more (all pao). Entry cost is rm280k (TG)and rm290k (TC) due I only can get 70% loan. Beside, TG is complete by 2016 and TC complete by i think next year end. Any advise?

For own stay, I would go for that landed semi D. Not sure how successful this tropicana gardens will be upon completion but for the same money there are lots of option and at a much bigger built up, much cheaper maintenance fees too. Perhaps mrt and shopping mall added so much more value to this one? Hard to predict the future.

Ya..I also think about this after I booked the TG. Actually if for own stay, I really love the TC so much in terms the layout and the location due to my family is in kajang (more nearest)..but it's only perimeter fencing community instead G&G. Anyway, they told me they will manage by them self (dijaya) so I quite confident on it.

So when i saw some comments from the other forum "i think buyers forgot one important point, tenants paying high rental won't take MRT with foreign workers"... ya, all the few hundred ppl there all forgot to assess the MRT effect. That's why wtf is still my preferred forum with less fight and spending more time in good sharing.]]

The direct linked MRT station will be attract the ppl who prefer to rent n stay here, especially foreign expatriate surrounding even KL city and they are mostly without own transportation but having accommodation allowance by company. Yes that's rite, if a locals afford to pay rm3k/month to rent a condo by itself surely he/she won't prefer to take MRT with foreign  worker with the smelly sweat. I believe that not so many local tenants will rent it by itself but most of it are sharing rental even foreigner too. Its also bring in the consumer group to tropicana gardens mall with this convenient access compare with the Strand mall by Sunway. If regardless the direct linked MRT to the project, is there no ppl going to rent here with this concept and environment? At this moment, MRT is not existing yet...so how is the surrounding rental now? How do you think the rental after MRT station operated and the underpass tunnel completed? Hm....any others sharing? hmm.gif

Agreed with you, as a local, i prefer public transport like LRT, but aim not renting a unit cost more than 1.5k now (2k after 5 years i think)..

how about compare to condo (like PJ8) near to LRT? how are they doing, good?

when everything become expensive, one has to sacrify something in order to get something.

like Sg, HK and other places where transportation is so convenient; people has to pay for expensive room rate.

I also went to take a look after reading so much about it.

Was told some corporate investors release their units, is that right? Is it true the queue started about 7??? rolleyes.gif

Bottom line - you happy with your investment?

Out of curiosity, why did you choose so big unit? What about the smaller ones?

Not really sure about the PJ8. But the rental there is almost hit RM4.5psf for bigger unit and RM4psf for studio unit...

am not sure abt the release unit, where do you heard from? i arrive there around 1020am so i dunno whether the vips queue there 7am or not.. when i get in, the smaller units is all sold except the last choice units which next to pump room etc. I choose the big unit because the 600sf is not enof for me. Anyway am happy for it! but...now is two to get one in between Tgardens or Tcheras... only one bullet can shoot.. rclxub.gif

today's crowd still a lot!

By the time I reached there, all GONE! That was 11++ this morning.

Sales persons said abou >10 units was released. Think mostly 19th and 28th floors.
Those fellas bought 28th floor good lorr - nice number.
