Reach about 10am was ady taking number 101 dy...when the number go to 50, the units was 75% booked..I left around 2 smtg..there is only left few biggest units which 1573sf and few small units which next to/on top of/below of tangki.. Maintenance fee is 44cents psf inclusive sinking fund, free spa, dibs, partially furnish, 2 % rebate. cheers for those grab their unit!

Am one of the dijaya privileges card holder. I bought 2 units of 1274sf, one is book on behalf my bossie and one for myself. After rebate is about rm760psf. Acceptable pricing for that area and direct link to MRT station.

I almost jumping after get to know the 44cents..is about rm560/month for my unit. Anyway after I tik tik tok tok...this project take 4 years completion and free one year maintenance fee upon VP..so the picture is 5 years later and the rate should be there I think. Rite?

I think only dijaya member (card holder) can be access to show room on this fri and sat. You have to register ur card before enter... Every unit booking make have to attach with dijaya card during this two days. Thereafter open public on Sun n Mon..But when I left just now, I think they have open to public dy.

Am not very clear about the list of furnish item since they not giving the list yet until next week. As I know now is air-con, kitchen cabinet (lower and upper), gas hob, hood, shower glass, bathroom item all using American standard. Others pending confirmation..


Added on October 12, 2012, 5:24 pmGot two floor is taken by Japanese. But forgot which floor dy..is about floor twenty something..I heard from the marketing manager there is another tunnel to be build along the persiaran. Got anyone know about this?

All taikor taijer, just my sharing here and dun fight me after reading ok sweat.gif .. public transport in malaysia are goin to upgrading and matured nowadays. The direct linked MRT station will be attract the ppl who prefer to rent n stay here, especially foreign expatriate surrounding even KL city and they are mostly without own transportation but having accommodation allowance by company. Yes that's rite, if a locals afford to pay rm3k/month to rent a condo by itself surely he/she won't prefer to take MRT with foreign  worker with the smelly sweat. I believe that not so many local tenants will rent it by itself but most of it are sharing rental even foreigner too. Its also bring in the consumer group to tropicana gardens mall with this convenient access compare with the Strand mall by Sunway. If regardless the direct linked MRT to the project, is there no ppl going to rent here with this concept and environment? At this moment, MRT is not existing yet...so how is the surrounding rental now? How do you think the rental after MRT station operated and the underpass tunnel completed? Hm....any others sharing? hmm.gif

Not really sure about the PJ8. But the rental there is almost hit RM4.5psf for bigger unit and RM4psf for studio unit...

Haha...go in front the counter and put down the 100k booking fee and say "No matter what sizes, i want buy 10 unit. 5 units cash purchase 5 units take 70% loan and here is the booking fee" then you will know whether is false sense or real demand lo~

Based on current housing loan much more tightening policies from banks. Debtor can easily to get the bank loan up to 500k above? I thought those bought TG should be fulfill all the banks requirement to get the 90% even 70% loan margin of finance? Do any TG buyer still under 2nd housing loan? hmm.gif

I am an agent who selling project too. As my database for those able to buy property with half million or above, most of them only can get 70% loan due to third housing loan. Am just asking whether how many TG buyer are getting 90% loan there.
