Hard to say, in the future Tropicana Gardens could be CBD as well.
Also, I believe Tropicana Gardens quality will be better than Tropics/Tropicana City. Heard lots of quality issues for Tropics.

Afterall for half million ringgit studio, the developer must add some whistles and bells to attract buyers. laugh.gif

Casa tropicana, Riana green, Sunway Sutera, Opal Damansara, Cita Damansara, Palm Spring, Cascades etc psf price will shoot up if Tropicana Gardens is successful.

For own stay, I would go for that landed semi D. Not sure how successful this tropicana gardens will be upon completion but for the same money there are lots of option and at a much bigger built up, much cheaper maintenance fees too. Perhaps mrt and shopping mall added so much more value to this one? Hard to predict the future.

actually how the bank value this one at RM800psf when surrounding is all below RM600psf for small size units. Big units you can even get RM3XX psf. hmm.gif
