This 17-acre Tropicana mixed commercial development will serve the residents of Tropicana Indah Resort Homes and its surrounding areas. It will feature a mall lined with lush landscaping to exude a tropical feel. Retail, SOHO offices and serviced apartments will also compliment this development.   |

Tropics is a location of yesterday.

I was there at lunch time today. Walaowei.....
Left how many units? All small units sold out since yesterday. Hahaha left 2 units, one on Level 23A and another one at Level 33A. Both units are the biggest layout 1,520 sq ft. The people gathering at sales chart was considering whether to buy or not, and instantly 2 uncles agreed. So Dijaya would like to say "THANK YOU TO ALL BUYERS AND SEE YOU AGAIN FOR TOWER 2 MAYBE 6 MONTHS FROM NOW". Arnica Sales Chart... choose your unit but there's only 3 big sized units left (as of 12.45 noon).

can see many are real genuine buyers though... many are from Tropicana neighborhood as Dijaya spammed them with SMS

when tower 2 will be opened? (apparently tonnes of people disappointed nothing to buy today)

most of the sales this 2 days are from Dijaya members... so since they are existing customers their profile is already much stronger
