Which floor did you buy?
This is the one facing North, Giza, MRT...curious to know what you think of the noise if any.
I asked when I was there this afternoon, and I think they said it is >130 metres from residence to MRT. Is that far enough arr?

But this layout I really like. Very practical and easy to furnish... the show unit really nice lor.

i was told only a few west facing studio unit for 19th and 28th for public...is it true?

From my conversation and see from the board (they put green first when you book, then change to yellow after you give cheque). So i saw a lot green - East no units today, a few South (big units), many West I think (Studios), and a few North (983 + Studio).

i m ok with tat. we stay in a city which always full of noise of vehicle .
the layout is very ok. i like it
the concept also good.
i cant find any big negative issue on these project .
any wer i m for own stay .. i like this area very much ..

I like this layout too. In fact I think this is best layout among all, whether own stay or rental. nod.gif

I am hoping can buy 2nd block lar. If for investment, you think 2 bedroom good? Flip good chance?

Which floor arr you bought, above or below 25th?

Above comment was taken from PWTF regarding discussion effection of MRT on this thread are more on fighting instead useful sharing...

All taikor taijer, just my sharing here and dun fight me after reading ok  sweat.gif .. public transport in malaysia are goin to upgrading and matured nowadays. The direct linked MRT station will be attract the ppl who prefer to rent n stay here, especially foreign expatriate surrounding even KL city and they are mostly without own transportation but having accommodation allowance by company. Yes that's rite, if a locals afford to pay rm3k/month to rent a condo by itself surely he/she won't prefer to take MRT with foreign  worker with the smelly sweat. I believe that not so many local tenants will rent it by itself but most of it are sharing rental even foreigner too. Its also bring in the consumer group to tropicana gardens mall with this convenient access compare with the Strand mall by Sunway. If regardless the direct linked MRT to the project, is there no ppl going to rent here with this concept and environment? At this moment, MRT is not existing yet...so how is the surrounding rental now? How do you think the rental after MRT station operated and the underpass tunnel completed? Hm....any others sharing?  hmm.gif

MRT brings more crowd, more crowd = more and better mall tenants, better mall tenants = demand/increase value of the residence towers...

I'm just sharing my opinion...

By the way with lvt 70% wonder this investor all so loaded??i m sure most of them hv more than 2 resi already..one need to take out like at least 150,000 just to buy a studio!
