I was there at lunch time today. Walaowei.....
Left how many units? All small units sold out since yesterday. Hahaha left 2 units, one on Level 23A and another one at Level 33A. Both units are the biggest layout 1,520 sq ft. The people gathering at sales chart was considering whether to buy or not, and instantly 2 uncles agreed. So Dijaya would like to say "THANK YOU TO ALL BUYERS AND SEE YOU AGAIN FOR TOWER 2 MAYBE 6 MONTHS FROM NOW". Go buy all the surrounding condos. Why? 4 years down the road, Tropicana Gardens will shoot up to above 1,000psf, then all the surrounding condos valued at RM800psf all "handsome already". Now only 500 psf.
