cant remember, last year November/December I call, around RM450-500k. smaller size unit. with 5% discount.

Why so gun cheong isn't our s&p indicate vp in year 2017 actually they have a lot of time normally is 3 yrs but theirs 4 years to complete no need to rush lol help us to save some progressive interest.

guys, i bought 825sqft at 375k @ 1 carpark last august without any discount or rebate. izzit buy expensive liao?

by the way, yesterday developer informed me that they will claim the 10% from bank by this month wor.

U may call developer and check. Last month i heard they still have about 10 units to 15 units on hand.

Sales person said probably there will be a link bridge to the commercial next door but we all know salesperson or developer can claim sky and earth without any implementation at the end.
