guess that's an inevitable drawback of development which happens everywhere around us. as land becomes scarce, developers will have to build high rise residential projects to cater for the increasing population who wants to live around the area. hence the mrt would fall into place to help alleviate this situation somewhat, though i agreed not fully.

lots of places do have it worse with an influx of new condos with the lack of public transportation...but still dont see the value of the surrounding props being dampened though.
