u all got the stamped copy of loan agreement? almost 9 mths since the loan agreement signature date. but was told that the stamping is still pending from the banker. my banker is Mxxbank

Just called to developer office too, 2nd 10% draw-down letter will issue on early of May. Got the same answer like yours. Y piling take so long?
