Only if you entry before the price increased...........

But then again, is the path/road to MRT confirmed????

As there is another plot of land in between, consent to use their path/road is questionable..............

don't end up like what happened between regalia and villa putera/puteri...............

Maxim boss & Cheras Point landowner (tan sri tar) are good friends. Should be no problem to build a connecting bridge/path. Moreover, it's win-win for both.

u guys receive letter for the next 10%? I was told by the office when I pick up the S&P that end may should be the next drawdown...

IMHO, isn't it better that way so that one can buy time while waiting for completion of MRT?

unless it is intended for own occupancy =)

Its not under DIBS, project delay doesnt bring any benefit to owners. U will scare + worry if u look at their progressive. Even the legal firm who handle legal documents are freaking lousy too.
