my fren considering buying subsales from the developer staff... the staff bring him into maxim cheras to visit the few units personally.... my fren comment not bad so far... the units he saw... quite decent workmanship... but need more comments subsequently... maybe from their sentul project... hahah

They delivered the linked bridge with private lift go up to bridge entrance le (many buyers treat it as bonus) and on time. Quality wise, soley based on the pics posted by propcafe facebook recently looks ok. Jus wait for awhile lo, vp these few weeks time.

Usually for Chinaman developers, they will issue VP almost immediately (within few days-2 weeks) after obtaining CCC, coz they could get a big amount of money, wash hand earlier and move on the another project. GLC will usually takes longer time to issue VP.

I think developer purposely delays the VP in order to sell their latest project. Maxim Residence 500++ units vs Majestic Maxim 2000++ units. Completed vs 4 yrs construction period.

How could VP of one building affecting the sales of another project?

Personally think that both projects have the similarity in term of the price (about 400k) and size (600++ & 800++sf), of coz the entry price is a lot of different.

Good news : I just call to developer office that she say they releasing letter to all owner for collecting key by this week.

5 minutes walk? are there any bridge to walk to? guess they might have to walk along the main road that passby cheras sentral.
