don't get too excited.
they just released the vp letter on tues. you still need to wait for your bank to release money to them baru can arrange for time slot to take keys. each day only so many slots available. You can count yourself lucky if you can collect your key by end of next week. |

Agents are all waiting for thr unit to be ready....so many calls. Not sure it can translate to tenant occupacy

Maxim Residences is finally VP and coincide with MRT opening, PROPCAFE is trying the newly opened drop off area beside Cheras Sentral. The walk to Maxim is quite comfortable with 70% of the walk is covered with exception of final "linkage" to cross the road. Hopefully local authorities will allow zebra crossing or a pedestrian linkage is built. Attached thumbnail(s)

Agree with Propcafe... This one looks good after I tried walking from Maxim Residence to MRT.. Quite a surprise that there is a nice dropoff area for bus/taxi/car at the back of Cheras Sentral, making the walk from Maxim Residence to MRT quite a feasible path ... vs Majestic Maxim, I think this is more walk-able... The planned link (pedestrian bridge) from Cheras Centre Point to cross the road will make this an end to end covered path to MRT ... Hope it can complete soon

We will have show unit for renovation from 10Aug onward... either simple like installing grill, air con and water heater, or complicated like kitchen, wardrobe, tV rack..... we can prepare a quotation for you.

How do u guys reach Maxim residence from MRT? I got stuck here. I was unable to go Maxim residence. Gave up and wenr back MRT station.
