during the beginning should be swapping flies... subsequently when more tenants come in will park til road side... but then the existing commercials at this area also nt doing reli well... swapping flies might be probable... haha

my fren considering buying subsales from the developer staff... the staff bring him into maxim cheras to visit the few units personally.... my fren comment not bad so far... the units he saw... quite decent workmanship... but need more comments subsequently... maybe from their sentul project... hahah

different size wor bro.... the maxim cheras i think starting from 800++ sq ft onwards? and low density also.... psf wise... the new launch help them push up the value actually....

i thought the new ones are 650sqft with 300k+-? 800 sq ft i think close to the pricing of maxim cheras.... i guess during completion time... buyers will still prefer this condo for 3 rooms units than the new one with so crazily high density....
