If my memories serve me well, 1st to 2nd floors for visitors and 3rd to 6th floors for resident's parking. 7th floor for facilities and 8th floor onwards for resident's unit. guys, I paid TNB deposit of RM500 previously. Just received an email from TNB with demand letter attached, asking to pay RM980 of which RM970 is the cagaran and RM10 is stamp duty, just called TNB and asked. they r saying that the RM500 is paid, but for the demand letter, I need to go TNB shop personally to check. anyone got idea on why demand letter sent?
