Yup it is from vp letter but I noticed that the maintenance office letter head address is different abit too "Maxim Residences Alam Damai". I think we all going to get confused. sweat.gif

From which Uni or College? UCSI? Then you can cry already. UCSI there got 2 condos already which is 90% students. and on-going project is the Riana South.

If you say students from other uni or college,there are tonnes of MRT friendly condos at their disposal. Far better than Maxim if you say walking distance. bye.gif

Maxim target is for own stay and for families who wanted to benefit from the MRT distance. NOT for rental to fresh grads or students. If rental for family or young urbanites,then still can consider.

It sub to agent, lots owners / management can go complaints to the agent.

Let them look for a proper tenant for own-stay..........

Residents at the 2 condo will suffer when construction of SUKE reaching full swing stage, it will be worst after completion. Students will look for alternative very soon.

Dont think it will affect much with the SUKE. The condos are very much within door step distance thou. Not really a major problem IMHO.

Students rent there just for them to have easy access and convenience to head to uni,they are not going to stay long either.

The highway is just outside the compound of these condo's, which causes noise and other types of pollutions. If I'm the owner, I would have sold my units after the highway project was announced

This area surrounded by existing highway, the SUKE under construction sound can be very annoying..
for student rental to UCSI ? How far from here to UCSI ? I believe not practical to walk..
MRT link is the only hope..

if want to sell 500k now have problems, most buyer will buy the next new launch 300k only..unless lower down the price to that level...

different size wor bro.... the maxim cheras i think starting from 800++ sq ft onwards? and low density also.... psf wise... the new launch help them push up the value actually....

The new launch I understand is abt 300k+/- with 800 built up.
actually this developer should not just flooded the market with close to 2k unit..
