For maxim resident, I think the jam still ok (<500m direct to cheras-kajang highway) since maxim situated near the main entrance/exit link to all the Taman. But people who staying deep inside lenseng, I foresee the jam will be worsen once ppl move in to Maxim. But this is norm to everywhere with newly vp property within the area, due to rising in population and car flow. Can never avoid this.

Jam is ok given that there is no rainy days or car accidents on the morning.

Bear in mind that 118 food court will be moving to Alam Damai (next to police station) and that plot is going to be build highrise residential / Service apartment.

So,in 5 years time Maxim residents still able to bear the traffic,but after that whistling.gif

Like I mentioned earlier, we cannot stop the development of new projects and this is happening every corner in kl. If wana stay or work in kl, then ppl must be ready to take the traffic jam. I think no where in kl is jam-free, right?

If you are referring to the terrace right beside its construction site, that is Tmn Len Sen,  not Connaught. Different taman in Cheras.

Yes,what said is true. and im not trying to talk bad or tarnish Maxim too.

Just i tell what i saw on my daily basis only.

Coz some owners really dont know whats the situation there well only. Just as a preparation for them.

what i been inform is the Dev will launch another project just right next to Maxim Residence...... location will be the current food court, next to the mini hypermarket... starting price 3XXK for 650sq ft 2 bedroom... target soft launch Q2 or Q3 this year

At least at the mouth heading to the highways... imagine if deeper condos like in Alam Damai and with its multiple traffic lights.

either the road surrounding MC will be filled with roadside parking bcos the shops comes without offstreet parking....OR

the shops will be swapping flies.

during the beginning should be swapping flies... subsequently when more tenants come in will park til road side... but then the existing commercials at this area also nt doing reli well... swapping flies might be probable... haha
