If it sounds very rough, could be the regulator. They will happily replace it if you complaint. Got mine replaced a few weeks ago after service - very rough "krrrrrok" sound when winding down

Yalorr..double the CC & the turbo..no need to feel sad one. The price is also 7x higher than the Preve CFE..how fair is that?

Which you prefer:
1) Being bounced back & forth from SC to SC because they "need to check with HQ" for every single thing; or
2) Go to HQ, sit there until someone gets you a conclusive answer, although its 4 hours later?

It depends on severity of issue-lah bro... like my case, I have no where to go EXCEPT CoSE. Unless you have a better suggestion of course...

first time happen when first time wash my car before the TT session at putrajaya

after the wash, when i open the window, gluk gluk sound happen, and when closing the window , terjungkit will happen too

back from TT , i try it again after to check whether it still happen and considering to go to SC to complain
but when i open and close the window, it back to normal, no sound and no terjungkit

day after that i spray water repellent to front and rear windscreen , and 4 side windows and to my side mirror ,
after awhile i wash all the glasses area , and when it dry a little bit i try open and closing the driver windows, the gluk gluk and terjungkit came back, obviously a day after that when i try it again it's gone

This is by far the best Average FC that i can get from my wife's Preve CFE when mostly autocruising at 110km/h on the highway (from Kedah to KL). Sorry for the blurred pic..just snapped it by myself while cruising & using a camera phone only

I've posted here before regarding my Forte 2.0's FC. Truth be told, my Forte 2.0 gives better FC in this case. It's a 4-speed Forte by the way..the current 6-speed Forte i believe will do better...

COSE can get you addicted. Wanting to come back for more.

the reasons are:

-no time la..today service only..complaints come another day la..
-haiz..your car cannot finish la today..tomorrow come collect can ar?..
-no parts la..have to wait for part... part come we call you..you come la...
-tis ar? have to refer to vendor la..vendor say ok, we call you come back la..
-ai ya..tis one need apply for approval la..once approved, we call you.. you come..

I got this FC figure just by driving with my wife only + 1 full luggage bag. Heavier car (with full load) might as well increasing the FC figure...

in my case, i went to several Edar SC, yes, need to refer back to HQ, or they said never encounter such problem before, or, biasala/normal la for all preve...then i change my mind goto EON SC instead, they also need to refer HQ, but not every single problem, and they really take action compare to Edar SC which talk cock sing song only...

so far i'm very satisfied with the EON SC i went to, everytime very responsive to all the problems i stated to them.

Been there. PE SC maluri is still having very good services..recommended.

At least they update me very now and then what is happening. Not like COSE.

No choice but have to go back to COSE tomorrow..still got unfinish business there. haiz..have to apply leave somemore..

if you get the over cranking sound once a week, it is very normal.

So far, i did not hear anyone who do not get it at all.

like myself who sent in my preve for 10 days owv repair also still hear this over cranking once a while.
