No, TX dont use S3 Chipsets as this are Generation 3 chip where else S4 - generation 4 (newest)

both 8260A and 8960 are basically the same S4 krait chipset. Only difference is 8960 have built in LTE radio.

So, Xperia V have following advantage over TX
- water and dust resistance
- LTE ready
- Bravia engine 2

but V only have 4.3" screen as some bro mentioned...

If u ask me, I will take XV because of LTE as this year most of Telce will launch LTE Band.. XV has 2600 Band where Malaysia's LTE Band is 2600..

Xperia T screen looks like trash compared to TX lol, damn obvious!!

after all the bar from bottom in TX,the usable space are almost the same

Besides 2 Krait core, biggest highlight is the Adreno 225 which able to powered 720p display with ease. Adreno 225 able to hit 60fps in Nenamark 2 which is a huge leap over Adreno 220.

no la V even smaller. should be about 4". not tolerable at all for a high range android phone.
