Everything is fine so far.. thinking of getting another 1 for myself (deciding between Nexus 4, TX, & Xperia V

That's the thing...they have all the unnecessary bundles with the phone which it makes it more expensive. I hope they stop this ridiculous practice for TX and offers it for 1699. S3 is selling at this price too.

iphone 5 launching today but still no word of the mighty TX.....feeling like want to take ap but really scared if shit happens and then have to wait 4-6 weeks without phone.

Need to Even More Aggressive in terms of Marketing and Releasing the devices hmmmmm

I not sure abt the retail price there as he did signed up with contract with SingTel..

They say January....could also be end January. 

So that means it will launch over here as a mid-end phone. After CES, I will be expecting the phone price to be RM 1,599 max and RRP mostly 1499.

wait you sure or not...after CES u will sing a different tune 
yeah hehe. at least no more massive price drops 2-3 months after released as with all Sony phones...

Hello everyone,

We’d like to bring you up-to-speed with the latest in our Android 4.1 rollout scheduling.

First up, the upgrade plans* for Xperia T, Xperia TX and Xperia V are progressing as planned – these smartphones will start to receive Jelly Bean during February and March.

Next up, Xperia P, Xperia J and Xperia go will be upgraded from the end of March. Then Xperia S, Xperia SL, Xperia ion and Xperia acro S will follow in the subsequent weeks.

We’re particularly excited about the Sony Xperia Jelly Bean features and functionality – we look forward to bringing you more information on this in the New Year.

The decision has been taken not to upgrade Xperia U, Xperia miro, Xperia tipo, and Xperia sola beyond Android 4.0.
