well, IMHO, the xperia T/TX is the next flagship model from sony to replace the xperia S... so, i think sony will support in terms of software update (JB very likely i think).

and in technlogy wise, it's not always the numbers that counts... single core, dual core, quad core, 1.2GHz, 1.5GHz, 1.7GHz,... new technology will incorpoate new design and features... so, in this case of the dual core S4 krait processor used, all benchmark testing already showed it outperforms the quad core phone (Galaxy S3 and One X).

any update on when XP TX gonna launch in m'sia?

XTX just released in China with a retail price of CNY4298... which convert into roughly MYR2100...

hopefully it will be cheaper when it's launch in m'sia. as i know, the retail price of branded phone in china is relatively more expensive than in m'sia. that's y all my chinese colleagues buy their phones here in m'sia rather than in their homeland.

i hope so too... but i need to get a feel of its size first, cos to me, HTC one x and galaxy s3 seems alittle too big for me. and see if our telco offer any good package with it...

and battery different... xperia T with 1850mAh while TX comes with 1750mAh only

ok... so what's the use of 10 finger multi touch? i don't remember using more than 2 fingers on my current smartphone...

that's a good price if it's true, and hopefully our local telco offer even more affordable packages with the phone...

I think Sony should launch it b4 the new bond movie is released. But if Sony just wanted to target iphone5, then it'll be quite some time as iphone5 won't be released so soon in msia

galaxy s3 ~2199 (m'sia RRP)
one x ~2099 (m'sia RRP)

maybe the TX will be priced at around RM1899-1999

if 2099 i think it's too expensive lor... considering LG going to launch the Optimus G with quad core S4 pro chipset very soon. if 2099 i am going to pass this unit and might as well wait for xperia nexus or next xperia with quad core or even the upcoming htc one x+...

what's the launching price for xperia S? i hink should be more or less the same.

and if sony wanna gain more market share from samsung and HTC, they should price it lower than S3 and one X

don't think so as m'sia will be getting the TX model, not T.

and based on some of the negative feedback on the reviews on xperia T thus far, abit heavy, non-removable battery and all buttong cramp on the right side,.. i think the TX will be a better phone since the TX do not have these issues.
