Maybe those who work in kajang semenyih or part of cheras which is near to kajang.. As long as maintenance is decent and the area doesnt turn into "black ppl" area should be fine..

hope after vacant soon, there will be teksi sapu that can fetch mutiara heights residents to nearest mrt (upon completed)

like in area taman melati where i stay, there's a dedicated taxis that fetch PV residents from lrt station, very convenient i would say as their charge is fixed (rm2/person)

Nowaday, in klang valley area it is normal, unless u dnt buy near by klang valley are n even semenyih now also in high competition, depend on your requirement for own stay or investor, bfor bukit jalil also the same situation, now more pack more value n demand...

Agree with you, but the area needs
some commercial catalyst. this area also
the catchment area of people who
is using the lekas highway like residence
in ecohill, pajam, eco majestic,
diamond city , etc etc.

can some business man have the vision and land
to build another 1 utama, or setia walk??
