Yup i plan the cover until top, estimate july or august. Nw the multipurpose hall n guard house main entrance are done

It will be the focus as all buyers from
Ameera and Oasis 1 are watching closely.

They are more interested in the quality
that TLS deliver and the
sub sales and rental situation by sept.

Amy one knows what is the estimate of
the mutiara heights villa occupansy
ratio? Has the selling price cross 1.1 million?

Anyone has any idea on how much the rental can fetch after vp? For partly furnish and fully furnish.
Looking at Pear Avenue 1100sf is around RM1400-RM1500 for partly furnished and RM1700-RM1800 for fully furnished. Can Ivory Residence goes higher since its 1288sf.

Price around that maybe doubt it goes to 2k since like there arent many chinese foods around... You get 2 mcds within few hundred meter radius, a paparich, a hailam kopitiam , a few 7-11 and secret recepi
Yet no chinese kopitiam or restaurant

how many units in Pearl Avenue are still available at these
rental price?
Just went there, place has deteroriated
much base on cleaniness and foreign
rental ratio.
Will not want such place to stay.

What is the condition of Ivory, yet to
be seen.
But I think vp will be very soon, july or August
