Anyone has any idea on how much the rental can fetch after vp? For partly furnish and fully furnish.
Looking at Pear Avenue 1100sf is around RM1400-RM1500 for partly furnished and RM1700-RM1800 for fully furnished. Can Ivory Residence goes higher since its 1288sf. |

Just went there, place has deteroriated much base on cleaniness and foreign rental ratio. Will not want such place to stay. What is the condition of Ivory, yet to be seen.
