Anyone know the exact total units of IR?
Block A - 13 Units/22 Floors
Block B - 12 Units/23 Floors
Block C - 8 Units/? Floors
Saw from some web showing 455 units in total but i guess it is wrong base on calculation above.
Hope some1 can clarify.

Really ? Oasis 1 Condo mostly above 500K right ? and sqft smaller i think. Not really sure so cant say much . Tak brani komen rumah orang..better komen rumah sendiri je . But at this moment i think i'll go along with the price stated above. . Some say once VP price will be higher. Maybe once the place ready, people can see the actual 'good environment' and its surrounding. Harap2 cantik mcm dalam pamplet . Hoping to get keys very2 soon.

That piece of land is for fitness centre, if they don't change their earlier master plan. According to my SA, as TLS also dealing in fitness centre business, they will set up a fitness centre there as well in future.

Passed by yesterday and took some photos... Photo no.5 show Lee Brothers project (opposite IR block A) also in progress, it looks llike some shoplots/shop office and apartment/condo is on the way...
