went to site area yesterday. there's a new road direct access to IR and MV, but where does it connect to main road? if further from the U-turn to KL-cheras, would be good, sked car drive very fast

If earliest completion by aug 15 then no place to store them

for time being, IR looks way better than Ameera

comparing the look of IR and ameera (right most block which looks complete), IR does look better. just my opinion though

hope after vacant soon, there will be teksi sapu that can fetch mutiara heights residents to nearest mrt (upon completed)

like in area taman melati where i stay, there's a dedicated taxis that fetch PV residents from lrt station, very convenient i would say as their charge is fixed (rm2/person)

guys, when next installment of water & electricity claim, we should get the key right?

with the greenery later, it will be as scenic as illustrated

all the upcoming facilities surround make me want to stay there instead of renting lol

peggylin thanks for the design. im planning to rent the unit, is it advisable to do the same design? im targetting to rent for local family folk.
