Furnished. 1500-1800
Shops ground intermediate 6500-7000
Shops 1st floor. 2500-3000

It is really a good buy. Very impressed with the
shop wide space and wider pavement.
Already 60-70 % of ground floor shops has been
taken. Hopefully selection of tenants
will be better, not like C180.

Buyers of Ivory and Ameera should
pau a visits to Pearl avenue to
understand this developer standard.

Yes, from the same designer.

TLS used another designer for
Ameera.

It is interesting to compare the two.
Delivery time of these two might be
9 mths -12 months apart.

Ivory and Ameera is 100%residential.
buyers here prefer a Quiet, secure, peaceful
enviorement.

Romours said that Ivory block C has been
massed booked by the Chinese.
He is now lauging to the bank, as the
south Kv like kajang is selling
like hotcakes.

Ivory, Ameera, and Mutiara Villa
will be a great place by its own.

I'm not sure about the plan by TLS, but
there are some space from MV to the
round about. Great if these are shops/commercial
area. the present site iffice and left hand side
of it also a potential area.

looking at row of shops near Mcdonald/
Paparich. it cannot meet the populations
from mutiara heights, especially
the chinese community.( no offense to other race, sorry).

so TLS, reveal your plan lah

Just talked to SA this week.

Ivory is rushing to complete block c and
the facilities. all job will handover by end
dec.
then next 4-5 months for fixing details and
approvals. expect to Vp by june or earlier.

Ameera block a, b is at 12 th floor
next month. 7 floor more to go.
Block c has completed the 20 th top
floor now fixing door and windows.
Not bad for speed too. expect early delivery
too. may be 7-8 months after Ivory
vp.

there is also another lot beside and may be
call Oasis 2.

totally 4 different phase, and may be more
than 2000 units. Very dense.

However this time do you think TLS
can sell in record time as in
Ivory and Ameera?

Just watch out what is under the
sleeve of TLS.

? Are all the kajang uncles and aunties
are there? they are the buyers that
buy without hesitation.

wow, I am surprise that you take the unit
beside the water tank and pump. If you study the booking
pattern of high rise, the unit beside the pump usually is the last unit to sell.

you should further study as the per square
feet pricing is same with others( except poolview, which
is 10k. more.) Spend a little bit more to get the
Std 1250 ft lots as there are many
choices dtill available at this stage.

Why near the pump no good? just google
and study.

This is a genuine advice.

offered to buy ameera in last April?

Anyway, early birds of mutiara heights
get the worms.

Hopefully the good work of Pearl Avenue
can be repeated here. early delivery
is already ensured.
