2 condo there and alot of new landed house around now I more worry about the traffic there...suddenly boom out...

still thinking? i think b/k A & B are fully show out, better think for ameera beside ir, but its sales like a hot cake as well, price already rise up..40-50K higher than IR, so means tht any new condo launching the price would be roughtly 500K in within this 2-3 years

Anybody Block B start pay the interest? because today I received TLS letter? quite blur it mention following:So we need to pay RM20 or?
kindly remit your payment on or before the above due date being progress payment for works completed as per architect's certificate attached Work below ground level of the said building comprising the said parcel including foundation total amout payable RM20 |
