Yup, actually I did ask the developer bfor it is sales office & show room for blk C and future launching project may be shoplot. so dnt confuse not a multipurpose hall..haha bcoz the design quite similar look like multipurpose hall.

I hav no idea with that, as i know not that fast~

the highest floor stay car park will allocated at lower floor stay the lower floor car park will allocated from fifth floor, accept 5 floor n lower will remain at the same floor. it is standard arrangement for all condo.

Look nice haha but compared with IR the outside activity space smaller and each floor come with 22 units , I still will prefer IR

2 condo there and alot of new landed house around now I more worry about the traffic there...suddenly boom out...

still thinking? i think b/k A & B are fully show out, better think for ameera beside ir, but its sales like a hot cake as well, price already rise up..40-50K higher than IR, so means tht any new condo launching the price would be roughtly 500K in within this 2-3 years

I heard that one more new Service Residence & Soho proposed somewhere Saujana Impian MRT station...price 500K above...we looking for that news soon..

Anybody Block B start pay the interest? because today I received TLS letter? quite blur it mention following：So we need to pay RM20 or?

kindly remit your payment on or before the above due date being progress payment for works completed as per architect's certificate attached

Work below ground level of the said building comprising the said parcel including foundation total amout payable RM20

Any IR latest site construction photo update.....?

as i heard my friends say for condo electricity & water bill will higher than landed it's true?

but heard from my friends they say the condo water & electricity bill different charges compare with landed.
