Worth to get one for investment for long term if don't mind the rental cant cover full the loan payment ( if rental can cover 60- 70% should be ok) ?? without college nearby, who is the target tenant .....

saw some BMW's there going to parking, quite an amount, but dont know who they are

also saw alot of Arabs, Mexicans, Africans, Lots of chinese too ( local chinese, not mainland chinese )

It is good that this area is quiet, so no need to experience traffic jam.
However, there are a lot of new projects in the area including phases of Puncak Saujana.
So, it might no longer be quiet once all these projects completed cry.gif

And yet can fetch for high rentals.
I thought earlier it could be 1200 per mnth
