anyone know what they going to do with the forest land infront of block b, beside block a. i saw it is "botak" already. previously is full with tree. and my fren told me the land is not belong to tls. worried if high rise development. gonna block my forest reserve view..

I had a friend bought G residen in happy garden, bought 500k now selling 680k last minute cancel sales coz if sold cannot get a good condo with that price again or even higher price for any subsales that is of good quality. Or buy for another new launch and wait for another 3-4 yrs with price tag at 800psf or more ?

I heard from agent friend also, this botak land belongs to 3 brothers not TLS , they are also established developer. This land is not forest reserve, it is rubber farm. The forest reserve is behind, as seen in the photo.

Is called the Jeloh Forest Reserve, its still untouched, so no worries.

i saw there are many africans around taman koperasi cuepecs,next to sg sekamat.it's quite closed to this area as well.scared they might choose this area as their new neighbourhood.as we know,most of them aren't coming for studying but they come for other purposes. feel a bit worried as my gf has bought a unit in ameera

Personally I think renting to African is high risk high reward play, just depends on your risk appetite. I remember someone posted in LYN forum that his friend rented the unit to African, but they used it for illegal purpose. End up the unit being freezed, until the case settle, and the owner has to frequently testify at court that he is not same gang with them.

Agree with you. But quite difficult for local Kajang people to rent at RM1.5k, isn't it? Maybe rental demand would be higher when MRT is up.
