When we can start sell it off?
Can we sell it off now or only when 100% done ?

Try hold till the 5th year to avoid real property gain tax. By then market price should be higher and you save on the tax.

Fully doable. Just have to wait until VP to get the process of transfer moving. Can sign agreement and it is sealed

As there is no condo around Saujana area, nearest to compared is the Perdana Impian apartment at Kajang Perdana, opposite TTDi Grove. Current rental at rm800 to rm1200 depends on furnishing, but this is a low medium cost apartment. Or else you may compare to recently vp project by TLS also, Pearl Avanue at Sg.Chua. Current rental at rm1400 to rm1800 depends on furnishing.

I am happy with RM1400 for partial furnished condo.
